This website is operated by Maison Veltro. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Maison Veltro. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Products and pricing

We sell authentic UGG® footwear sourced through an authorized retailer. Maison Veltro is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Deckers Outdoor Corporation or UGG®. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse any order.

Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider; we do not store card details. Your card is charged when the order is placed. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if the product is no longer available, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from our warehouse in the United States. Delivery estimates are given in business days from the shipping date and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for the full procedure.

Sales tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping address.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Veltro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product concerned.
