Shipping
Every order ships from our warehouse in the United States with a tracked service.
- Standard (3–6 business days): free on orders over $150, otherwise $7.90.
- Express (2–3 business days): $14.90.
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery times count from the day the parcel leaves the warehouse and exclude weekends and public holidays. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the order ships.
Returns
Not the right size? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item in its original box with the tags attached.
- Write to us from the Contact page with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We email you a prepaid return label within one business day.
- Drop the parcel at any carrier location. Once it reaches our warehouse we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges: if you need a different size, place a new order for the size you want and return the first pair; this is the fastest way to get the right size.
Items that show signs of wear, are missing the box, or are returned after 30 days cannot be refunded.
