Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States (all 50 states). Every order ships from our warehouse in the US with a tracked service.

Shipping options and rates

• Standard (3–6 business days): free on orders over $150, otherwise $7.90.
• Express (2–3 business days): $14.90.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery times are counted from the day the parcel leaves the warehouse and are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you receive an email with the tracking number. If the tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us at info@maisonveltro.com and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.

Address changes

We can change the shipping address only before the order is fulfilled. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will either replace the item or refund you in full.
