Shipping
We currently deliver to Spain, Italy and the United States. Every order travels with a tracked service.
For orders delivered in Spain:
- Envío estándar — free, delivered in 3–5 working days.
- Envío exprés — €9.90, delivered in 1–2 working days.
Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days. Delivery times count from the day the parcel leaves our warehouse and exclude weekends and public holidays. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the order ships.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason. Write to info@maisonveltro.com within those 14 days, send the goods back, and we refund you.
Returns
Beyond the legal minimum, we give you 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item in its original box with the tags attached.
- Write to us from the Contact page with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We reply within one working day with the return address and instructions.
- Send the parcel back. Once it reaches us we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of approval, and in any case no later than 14 days from when we receive the goods.
Who pays for the return: return shipping is at your expense when you change your mind. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the full cost.
Exchanges: if you need a different size, place a new order for the size you want and return the first pair; this is the fastest way to get the right size.
Items that show signs of wear, are missing the box, or are returned after 30 days cannot be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
