How does payment work?
You pay securely at checkout with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card is charged when the order is placed and every transaction is protected by 3-D Secure. We never store your card details.
Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
In Spain, Envío estándar is free and arrives in 3–5 working days; Envío exprés is €9.90 and arrives in 1–2 working days. Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days and you get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.
What kind of products do you sell?
Authentic designer bags, shoes, sneakers, watches, jewellery and clothing at honest prices — nothing over €250. Every piece is checked one by one before it ships and is covered by our 30-day return guarantee.
How do I choose my size?
Every product page shows the European (EU) size along with the US equivalent. If you're between sizes or unsure, check our Size Guide or write to us before ordering and we'll help you pick the right one.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original box. Write to us from the Contact page, we send you a prepaid label, and the refund is issued within 5 business days of receiving the parcel.
